Stephanie Hernandez is an experienced business litigation paralegal at Julander, Brown & Bollard. Ms. Hernandez aids the attorneys at our office throughout all phases of the litigation process from case initiation filings, to the discovery process, trial preparation, and law and motion procedures. Ms. Hernandez assists and maintains the highly organized case files, drafts and edits correspondence and briefs to be filed with the courts, drafts settlement and release agreements, prepares exhibits, and directly corresponds with court officials, witnesses and top tier clients. Ms. Hernandez has demonstrated success in fast-paced and deadline driven environment by being a self-starter with the ability to be detailed-oriented and well-versed in the area of civil litigation.
Ms. Hernandez helps prepare substantive legal work in order to maintain and assist with the workload of each case. Ms. Hernandez is enthusiastic to continue to learn and to continue to grow her expertise in business litigation.
Ms. Hernandez graduated from Dartmouth College, a private Ivy League research university in Hanover, New Hampshire, in 2013 where she studied Hispanic Studies and Human Development & Education. Thereafter, Ms. Hernandez pursued her Paralegal Certificate from the University of California, Berkeley.
