Dirk O. Julander is a seasoned trial attorney of over 25 years who focuses his attention on a business litigation practice. His practice areas emphasize creative problem solving in connection with complex commercial litigation, business fraud and embezzlement litigation, trade secret misappropriation litigation, corporate and partnership dissolution litigation and counseling, real estate litigation, and appellate advocacy. He focuses on unconditional excellence in all aspects of the litigation process including legal research and writing, oral advocacy before the courts, and negotiation strategies and execution.

Mr. Julander is a creative negotiator with many successful experiences in alternative dispute resolution. Mr. Julander is an active arbitrator volunteer for the Orange County Bar Association’s mandatory fee arbitration program since 2000 and has also served as a judge pro tem for the Orange County Superior Court since 2010.

Mr. Julander received his Juris Doctor Degree with Honors in May, 1987, from The George Washington University, National Law Center, in Washington, D.C. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree cum laude in May, 1984 from Weber State College in Ogden, Utah. Prior to founding Julander, Brown & Bollard, Mr. Julander practiced law with the Law Offices of Dirk O. Julander in Costa Mesa, California, Chapman, Fuller & Bollard in Irvine, California and Aprahamian & Ducote, in Newport Beach, California.
