Catherine Close is an experienced trial lawyer, participating in the trials of complex business matters in both state and federal courts. She specializes in business litigation.

Ms. Close's practice experience includes business fraud and embezzlement litigation, professional liability, trade secret misappropriation, employment litigation, class actions, real estate litigation, corporate and partnership counseling and appellate advocacy, including writs and appeals before the California Court of Appeal.

Ms. Close received her Juris Doctorate Degree with Honors from Whittier College School of Law. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from California State University, Long Beach.

Prior to joining Julander, Brown & Bollard, Ms. Close worked at the Long Beach City Prosecutor’s office as a Certified Law Clerk, trying traffic and misdemeanor offenses. Ms. Close also practiced at the law firms of Cope & Close and Mark R. Matthews & Associates.
